We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Lauren Murphy as the Administrative & Marketing Assistant in the Cary office. Many of you have had the pleasure of meeting Lauren on the phone or during office interactions over the past couple of months; however, we wanted to provide a formal introduction for those of you who live out of town and/or have not yet had the opportunity to meet her.

Lauren is a California native and grew up in San Diego. She graduated from San Jose State University in 2021 with a BS in Sociology, concentration in Social Interaction, and a double minor in Spanish and Deaf Education. Shortly after graduating, she discovered her passion for marketing through two positions, starting with a coordinator position at her church before going on to work at a civil engineering firm in the Bay Area. Throughout her career, she has found value in a people-first approach and a passion in building relationships with those around her.

Lauren relocated to North Carolina in 2022 to be closer to family who had moved to the area previously. In her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family (especially her niece and nephew!), reading, learning how to play piano, and serving at her church.

In her role at Pathfinder, Lauren will be the first voice you hear over the phones and the friendly face greeting you at the office. She also balances a variety of administrative and marketing tasks, from scheduling and workflow to communication distribution and event coordination.
